How really interesting, a link with the past indeed, I had an old friend who did this work his name was Bob Scotland and he did some work in the Assembly rooms in George street Edinburgh. I have recently moved to the Borders and wil, for sure call in and see the museum.
What an excellent work your company made of the restoration of the Blair Castle dining room ceiling way back in the 1980’s I’m sure you remember it well, I was a joiner with a local company who lifted the drawing room floor above to give you access to reinforce the joists below.great days. Hello. We have a small cottage in Allanton that needs a wall plastered. We want it done in the old fashioned way and not plasterboard and skim as they recommend round here.
Can you oblige or do you know a company who would?

Reproduction Plaster Company is a family firm, established in 1980 and have since specialised in all aspects of ornamental plasterwork.
Wonderful article Thankyou.
Leonard is a gentleman and a master.
It`s really great to see skills being passed down like that 🙂
